I find it very annoying that the staff wears face masks. They are extremely difficult to understand when they talk.

Dr. Howard has always helped when needed, as like today needed a new prescription for my leg brace, he asked me what kind worked the best for me, and that's what he prescribed, as I was having trouble with old brace.

Trustworthy and Professional
I was very nervous at my first appointment with Dr. Howard. He was extremely patient and professional. He took the time to actually listen to me and evaluate my situation. Dr. Howard put me at ease, and he always answered my questions thoroughly in understandable terms. He did perform disc replacement surgery in my neck. I would highly recommend Dr. Howard; I was impressed with his polite manner and commitment to ensuring that every aspect of my care was addressed. Also, Martha his scheduler went out of her way to help me with insurance issues. All the staff at Monterey Spine and Joint have been so helpful and nice. Thank you, Dr. Howard and Staff. KathleenM.

Dr. Howard realizó en mi una cirugía de reemplazo de disco en 2 niveles de mi cuello. Después de esta cirugía exitosa no eh vuelto a tener problemas de mí cuello estoy muy contento y recomiendo ampliamente a Dr. Howard

I had 3 surgeries with Dr Howard. He is the absolute best you can get. I now live in VA, and have to see a spine specialist, and only wish I could go back to Dr. Howard.

Dr. Howard explained my situation so that I was able to make a life changing decision comfortably. The surgery was a success and I am now back feeling as well if not better than I have since my early 20's.
