Dr. Mark Hinman, MD

DR Hinman listens to my concerns and doesn't dismiss them, he doesn't rush the visit and explains everything well, he's very caring and personable! feel very comfortable with him, I would recommend him to everyone.

They charged $40 without telling me for a visit from me and my wife when it was supposed to be free through the insurance for our first 2 visits a year. After I called them to let them know the error they showed a lack of care about the issue and didn't want to give the money back. They have also gotten in the habit of forcing us to go back in for appointments for previously diagnosed issues. My wife was diagnosed with essential tremors and they recommended propranolol, but at the time my wife wasn't willing to take medication for it. She called back today to get that prescription and they had no record of that diagnoses and wanted her to come back in and pay another copay after she had several scans and blood drawn within the last year. The office administration has seemed to become greedy recently and wants to force more and more unnecessary appointments. The Nurses are great and I have nothing, but love for them. Dr. Hinman is kind, professional, and a great communicator. He listens to my concerns and provides professional treatment and medical advice. Advice like lose a few pounds and walk the dog more, is often the best medicine, and he helps me manage my complex health issues. Dr. Hinman gets to know his patients and genuinely cares about them.

My experience with this practice was just bad. My first appointment was cancelled/rescheduled by them. My next "first" appointment the nurse was late because she was at lunch. When the nurse did get there, she basically said this is a well established practice, we handle different kinds of medicine, do you have any questions. And the doctor isn't here today. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Don't waste your time here.

Dr Hinman has been my doctor for over 10 years. I find he and the practice is very efficient, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend their services.

This is a small office so very personable. I adore coming here. I have always felt very well taken care of.
