Didn’t have to wait long to be seen, all of the staff were great as was my Dr. Mark Hedrick. 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

A good man, and thorough.

I have had an on going issue with a foot wound that wouldn’t heal due to internal pressure. Dr Hedrick analyzed my situation and thoughtfully explained the surgical needs and we mapped out a plan. Finally I have a plan for healing and a return to a much more normal life

Took time to review and explain the x-ray, and listened to an answered my questions.

I have seen Dr. Hedrick a few times already, and this was a pre-op appointment. I appreciate Dr. Hedrick's knowledge and explanations regarding my ankle and what we could do about it now (simple surgery), and in the future as well (injections or other options if needed). He was confidant about the upcoming surgery and recovery which helped put me at ease about it.

Dr. Hedrick did a fine job checking my foot and explaining my X-rays to me at my 2nd PostOp appointment. He's always very professional yet friendly and open to questions.

My appointment actually started early (a pleasant surprise), staff were very professional. Dr Hedrick was personable, and very thorough with his questioning, explanations and recommendations. It was a good experience.

He was very forthright and I formative about my ankle injury. I felt reassured and comfortable with him.

They had me fill out an online questionnaire asking if I had an X-ray and where it was done. The office is 45 minutes away. I got there and they said they were going to do another X-ray and I told them I didn't think my insurance would cover another one so soon. They said they didn't have access to my previous one. It took me 10 minutes to get a disc made after I left and went to the hospital to get one which I would have brought with me, had I known. I wouldn't have wasted 90 minutes on a work day. The Nurse or Medical Assistant was rude, and I can't help wondering how many patients this has happened to that were in so much pain that they went ahead and got another X-ray and ended up paying out of pocket for. When I scheduled the appointment around the first of March, their next available was the middle of May, so no telling how long I'll have to wait for the next available appointment.

Very attentive to my needs and I never felt rushed. Thoroughly explained every aspect of my treatment plan. The staff there was terrific also!

We discussed a surgical option to relieve pain, and I really appreciated how clearly he outlined the benefits, risks, and potential outcomes. He was patient, answered all of my questions.
