Patient
Sometimes it is very difficult to get an IV started in me, which he experienced at my last visit; he patiently tried one time, then immediately went to ultrasound and looked for open veins w/o causing undue stress on me which I greatly appreciated. I received my results immediately via patient portal the next day; however he also called me that night to give me my results because he wanted to speak to me personally. I really appreciated that personal attention.
