Dr. Harley treated my son and me for number of years. He has provided excellent care to us both. He is authentic and has a genuine concern for his patients. He is very good at explaining the various injuries and the best method of treatment available. He is very thorough in the examination and treatment process. I’ve had 2 shoulder surgeries, an ACL repair, a complicated hip surgery and various joint pain issues addressed with Dr. Hartley. His manner is calm and quiet, and his skills superb. I’m always 100% grateful to be in his care.

Dr. Hartley is a highly knowledgeable, competent and compassionate Ortho surgeon. He performed two major surgeries on me - R rotator cuff in 2013 and L one in 2016. Both were highly successful. In fact, I was back playing golf within a few months of each surgery. I have arthritis and other pain issues, especially in my knees, L shoulder and lower back. He has given me cortisone shots very sparingly. I am grateful to him. He is one of the best Ortho surgeons around, and is part of a great practice.

Dr. Hartley is very accommodating and answers all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in total knee replacement and knee injuries, and will be performing my knee replacement soon.

Dr. Hartley did my total knee replacement in January 2020. I put this off for 7 years due to fear. Now I wish I wouldn’t have. It was THE BEST experience ever and I’m 60 years old. It was also my 21st surgery I’ve had. Literally no pain! I told him something was wrong the next morning because I didn’t have any pain! LOL I know I’m not the norm, but I breezed through physical therapy in half the time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else if I ever need my left one done.
