Incredibly unprofessional and careless. He saw my inconsolable crying toddler on day 10 of illness. I had to push for any type of illness testing in the ER as he said it would be brutal for my toddler to go through. I voiced my concern about possible pneumonia, but he doubted my pediatricians ability to listen properly to his lungs as he’s “good at it and doesn’t hear anything”. I finally got him to agree to do an xray for peace of mind. Then I had to request him to even look at my child’s ears.. turns out he has an ear infection which is treated the same as pneumonia so still no xray. I don’t feel I should have to be educated to push for any type of service in the ER.

I’m not one to write reviews, and I felt it necessary to share my thoughts. If you interact with Dr. Grimes and feel disappointed with the lack of a physical exam or indiviual attention given by him, you aren’t alone. I’m aware doctors aren’t known for bedside manner, however I did have higher expectations for a medical professional, especially when I spent time and money to receive a service that I felt was below the standard. I’m hopeful he was having a hard day, none the less disappointed.

You can get better health info from the internet. Just take a vitamin is not medical advice. Terrible demeanor as well.
