C-Section anesthesiologist
I had a C-Section in 2021, Dr. Gillis was my anesthesiologist, he was amazing in every aspect, I was un-controllably puking and he tried everything he could to try and get it under control. Unfortunately nothing they tried worked but Dr. Gillis stood by my side the whole time. he was even so amazing he asked the surgeons to step away from the table because he could tell I was trying not to puke because I was scared (mind you this was a very traumatic birth and he was the one thing that kept me grounded). at that point Dr. Gillis held the bag for me because I was so drained I couldn't hardly move my arms. He also wiped my face and tried to get the puke out of my hair for me. After my baby was born he took our first family picture for us. I'm due again in Feb. 2023 and hoping that if I end up needing another C-Section he will be the anesthesiologist.
