Dr. G has been a very thorough, careful, compassionate, skilled oncologist during the past ten years after a recurrence of breast cancer. During the stressful tumult of the( now-cancelled) divorce between UPMC and Highmark Insurance (me), Dr. G and his administrative staff went above and beyond to facilitate the transfer of necessary records to AHN when I was diagnosed yet again with breast cancer. I highly recommend him with no reservations.

Dr. Georgiadis treated our Mother with respect, warmth and frankness when discussing her cancer and prognosis. We appreciated his directness and insight. Our Mother passed away a few weeks later after her hospitalization, and we were thankful for Dr. Georgiadis' ability to let us know what to expect and to make a recommendation for hospice. Our Mother passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones and for that we are eternally grateful.

My step dad was a patient of Dr. Georgiadis for the past couple years and I honestly wish he would have gone with ANYONE else. He treated my dad like an idiot, consistently lied about the status of his scans to make himself look better and refused to prescribe anything stronger than 10mg Percs even after cancer hit his brain &bones. My dad was in horrible pain every day all day but this so called doctor consistently talked him out of doing hospice so he could continue billing insurance. HORRIBLE

Dr. Georgiadis communicates extraordinarily clearly the course of treatment he proposes and why he recommends it. He listens carefully and responds clearly to questions. He is friendly and has a sense of humor that is much appreciated in a clinical setting.
