Dr. Friedel was wonderful!!! He was informative and knowledgeable. He gave me plenty of options for my son who has had chronic stuffy and sinus infections since he was 7. At least now I have an idea of what we need to do to for the future. Like surgery for a deviated septum.

If you are a PERSON OF COLOR go elsewhere
This doctor should not be able to still practice. He does not listen to your concerns, tells you 50 different options of what could be wrong with you, and no solution. He told me, “but I can’t tell you what to do”… He doesn’t seem very knowledgeable, or doesn’t really care about African American patients. If you tell him what’s wrong with you he will basically just give you a million different things it could be, and offer no real solution. He also told me basically that my dentist didn’t know what he was talking about, like why are we even talking about my dentist that’s not even your lane. I will not be coming back to him, and I wish I could make a formal compliant.

I had a lot of complications after my 2nd surgery, pain behind left eye and an infection set in. I am only giving one star due to the fact he didnt listen to me and I felt I wasnt heard when I said I thought there was something wrong. I even asked for a ct scan but was told I didnt need one. I don't know what happened so k domt want to jump to conclusions . I am left with permanent nerve damage on my left side which causes migraines almost daily. I was told use Neil med but it burned and made the pain worse, i used it correctly. It turned out I have a very bad mass or polyp with infection that requires a third surgery. I went back to Dr Scheiher due to my complicated anatomy and above was found. I don't know what happened but I was very upset because I knew something wasnt right and wouldn't listen to me.

I went to Dr. Friedel for my nose surgery and he was so professional and I never felt this good in 20 years. I suggest if you have a issue with your nose or ears that you go see him. Nice guy to. Glenn Markey
