Dr. Frankle was amazing in giving a full explanation in terms I understood. Also was attentive & glad to answer questions. I think I’ve found the best!

What stood out in my visit was the thoughtful way in which my case was reviewed with me interactively with my health data and visual illustrations of the anatomy of the area and the progressive steps of the surgery.

As per usual, he is concerned, forthright, and knowledgeable in his practice. He also has an excellent patient presence which manifests itself in a caring and proactive attitude.

I’ve been to this office twice to see Dr. Frankle. Both times I’ve waited over an hour to be taken back to a room. Each time I was seen by his assistant while the doctor was nowhere in sight . I’m not sure that this man exists. The staff is polite though. Surround yourself with those who do so you don’t have to. I was thinking that should be in a frame as you’re leaving the office.

He had me at ease with recommendations of how to treat my frozen shoulder issue as well as the expected outcome. I left very happy and satisfied with his exceptional 'bedside manner.'

As good as always, receptionist very attentive and helpful, the nurse or physician assistant super nice she even recognized us from our las visit, Jeff like always made us feel like we were at home on top of great medical experience, he gave my mom injections that promptly helped with her pain, very good group of people, always make us feel welcome and very good at what they do I will highly recommend them if you are in need of a shoulder doctor( Dr. Frankie) or neck( Dr. Jackson)

I have undergone five major and seven minor joint replacements, so I am no stranger to the world of orthopedics. Throughout my numerous experiences with various providers, I can say without hesitation that I have never encountered an orthopedic surgeon like Dr. Frankle. While I cannot personally assess his surgical skills—though I believe most in his profession are highly competent—I can confidently say that Dr. Frankle stands apart in every other way. He embodies compassion, empathy, profound knowledge, and, most importantly to me, a level of humanity that is unparalleled. As a physician myself, having interacted with countless doctors, I can truly say that Dr. Frankle is one of a kind.

He was able through his shoulder surgery techniques to return me to my favorite activities. I have a stable shoulder. He explained and answered my questions along the way clearly. I can’t recommend him enough.
