Wanted to cut my shoulder open instead of using orthopedic procedures. Arrogant and condescending.

Dr. Franco performed surgery on my broken leg on a Sat. night at 7:00. He came in with a smile on his face and a joke to ease both me and my family. It has been a long recovery, but he and his staff have been right there for me the whole way!! I had another surgery last week to remove the screw in my ankle to help with mobility. Again, Dr Franco was wonderful! I would never go anywhere else, but I like I always tell Dr Franco...."I am never breaking anything else!"

Dr. Franko did my right knee replacement over nine years ago. He also worked on my rotator cuff / shoulder problem and a trigger-finger issue. A few months ago, he did my left knee replacement. He is highly trained, thoroughly knowledgeable, and concise in his explanation to the patient. I trust him. I've recommended him for years to my friends.

He made me quit smoking and lose weight before my surgery, but it was for my own good. Thanks Dr. Franco

He and his staff have demonstrated during multiple visits that they are not willing to listen to their patients but rather want to tell them what they think. It's frustrating and I will not be returning to him as a patient.
