Worst Doctor & Office Staff!
I have been going to Florida Gastro Partners since its previous incarnation as South Florida Gastroenterology since 2001. I have seen Dr. Dosch every year for at least the last six (6) years.Today, the Office Receptionist was extremely nasty to me for putting a signed credit card receipt on the counter in front of her instead of handing it to her and then the other Office Staff became unpleasant to me, also, after she started cursing me and throwing my credit card against the wall. I had to ask the Office Manager to get me back my credit card. I tried to talk to Dr. Dosch about this disrespect from the Office Staff but he did not want to hear anything about it and said just speak to the Office Manager. If you read the other reviews for Dr. Dosch, there are other negative reviews about the Office Receptionist, the Office Manager, the other Office Staff & Dr. Dosch himself.I decided to find another Gastroenterologist.Stay as far away as you can from this Doctor and Office Staff!

Dr Dosch is a Great dr. it's unfortunate he works with an unprofessional office staff. I've reported them to the Dept of Health. The Office Manager and old lady with blonde streaks must be replaced with Professional Medical Staff. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. It's a waste of time. Scheduling and calling the office is horrible! Especially if you have a serious health condition, you cannot waste your time with them. they Refuse to fill out FMLA documentation and or IEP LETTERS for college students. A waste of time! Go somewhere where they care about your health. Horribly Disgusting!

Had made appointment for stomach issues 6weeks ago , I showed up for appointment at front desk I spoke to the receptionist who acted bothered by having to do her job, told me I had no appointment scheduled after about 5 minutes of assuring her I did another woman came in found my appointment on a piece of paper somewhere, one of the women insisted to the other ,to confront another woman who made appointment then that woman came out and said I MADE THE APPOINTMENT then said you can wait 1.5 hrs for Dr or reschedule , I said “I guess I have to “then she threw her arms up in the air and says whoa , after that the three women are standing there looking at me again they were doing me a favor.I said if this is any reflection on doctor dosch then I’m going to another doctor Doctor Dosch maybe good Dr ? But if he allows for that kind of treatment for new patients I couldn’t imagine how I would be treated in an emergency, better off waiting for my Dr Hopefully Dr Dosch sees this

I cannot recommend this physician enough. He was thorough, thoughtful, sensible and knowledgeable. He followed up after appointments and procedures. He said, “God bless” at the end of the appointments. Both he and his staff were friendly, patient and attentive. They treat you more than just a number.

When you first meet Mark, he is personable and genuinely concerned about what you're experiencing medically and emotionally. His indepth diagnostic skills are focused and relentlessly committed to defining your issues. He will either define your problem or give you technically supported alternatives. He leaves no stone unturned. You also cannot help but know without doubt that Mark is always current on the latest research and will readily share that as appropriate. He will always order tests to ensure that every possible cause of your problem is identified; both primary and secondary. Mark treats his patients like they are his immediate family. I trust him and his wisdom without reservation. I have recommended several friends to him, and they would all endorse my assessment of Mark's skill, compassion, and commitment to doing everything within his power to give you as much quality of life as possible.

When you tell an office you have a problem and you are an established patient you would think they would get you into the doctor within that week, but they were giving me an appointment two months away. The office does not answer the phone you will most likely always get an answering machine! I need to find a new doctor…

Dr Dosch is a God sent. He saved my husband's life twice. He so knowable in his field and warm and understanding. He explains everything in laymen language. He is also knowledgeable in not only gastroenterology but in other medical specialties. More doctors should care for their patients as he does.

Firsttime seeing Dr Dosch. I was taken in within minutes of my appointment. Dr Dosch spent a lot of time and listened to my issues, I have a liver transplant. He is highly knowledgeable and very compassionate with his work. Very hard trait to find these days. I have complete faith in his ability to care for my needs as my case is more complex. The office staff was exceptional, also rare. I highly recommend this practice
