This doctor's technique is outdated. If you are a patient who has had multiple surgeries, you are VERY likely to look worse after going to Dr. Constantian. Please dont forget that Michael Jackson had all his botched surgeries closed. He made a bad surgery worse in my case, flattening and reducing an nose that was already small. I have no tip and my nose does not look my ethnicity. He shortened my already compromised nose. My nose is very bottom heavy and pinched and look like bad 80's nose job.

Dr. Constantian is the real thing. He has years (and years) of experience. Many of the other Drs I met with (I did my research!), thought of him as the best...the original. He is professional; immediately upon meeting him, he may seem aloof, I believe that's because he's approaching you professionally - his job is to make you look like your true self, not to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. I have a lot of respect for him and highly recommend him. *For background: I had a revision rhinopla

My nose looks very harsh and unnatural after he did a revision with rib grafting. My case was not extreme enough to warrant use of this material but at the time I was not aware of that and put my trust in this Doctor. As a result he ruined my face permanently. There is nothing that can be done after he shoved 8 pieces of rib in it. I tried to get it fixed but according to another Dr. who worked on it after Dr. C. , it was such a mess, he did the best he could to carve it down!!!

Dr. Constantian is a superb surgeon with the highest level of medical acumen and competency. He is nationally recognized for his rhinoplasty work and performs very difficult and complex plastic surgery procedures that many doctors decline or he his the revisionist to a prior botched surgery. One of best kept secrets is that he also one of finest hand surgeons in New England. He recently performed nerve transplant/graft to my badly severed right ring finger and restored full sensation/feeling.

If you are considering rhinoplasty and are searching for the best doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Constantian. He was referred to me by a plastic surgeon that said he is the best in the U.S. for rhinoplasty. Dr. Constantian has performed 2 rhinoplasty surgeries to fix my nose, and I am thrilled with the results. I appreciate his skill, dedication and that other physicians respect his knowledge and expertise, and refer their patients to him.

My experience with Dr Constantian could not be have been better. He performed closed rhinoplasty on me (one of the few surgeons that know how to do this right) and the results are spectacular. In my humble opinion, and based on my results, he is a genius. My case was difficult as he had to not only correct a breathing problem but also correct some side effects from a previous surgery that was not done correctly. I was not happy with the way I looked but I also had trouble breathing. I visited se

He botched my nose badly and did not want to take responsibility for it. He is a mean, arrogant over-rated has been Dr. My rib grafting warped badly with one side of the dorsal graft cutting into my skin and the tip graft was so sharp and pointed my tip looked like a cartoon caricature and caused the skin to be inflamed. He was suppose to do a revision of his awful work but then backed out on me at the last moment telling me to get restylane injections to try and cover it up instead.
