The provider Mark and the nurse were very friendly and knew what they were doing...the nurse was very perfect in her work,she gave the baby his vaccines very fast before my baby could notice.They also noticed my baby's rash before I could tell them,they were so keen I loved it

Dr. Bouchard was amazing with my toddler. Had techniques to make her comfortable and cooperative during his exam that I have not seen from any other pediatrician. He addressed all of our concerns and was thorough with his plan of treatment. 10/10

First time to my new Dr. Mark was awesome!

The team at mill creek Providence always goes above and beyond when it comes to care and concern. I truly feel as though every person in this building has a deep care for my child and myself.

It took over 5 months to get a new patient visit scheduled. Had to use urgent care as primary care for that whole time. The provider and the staff were excellent! Just took a while to get in to see him.

Enjoy my provider and excited to have my newest child join the provider.

My doctor was good he actually listen to me

Dr. Bouchard has been a wonderful care provider to our son. We have been following care with Dr. B since our son was born. He's always followed up with phone calls if we had any concerns. It was amazing having the support during the transition into parenthood and gave us the sense of relief we needed during the chaos. Our family is extremely grateful we chose a practitioner that is genuine and follows the latest medical recommendations for children.

He is great! Super kind and patient with our kids; easy to talk to and understand. Great bedside manner!

Dr. Bouchard is an amazing doctor! My boys love seeing him and he is wonderful with them. He has great bedside manner, is extremely detailed and knowledgeable, and just all around AMAZING!Reception staff at this location is a different story. Some of the new female staff at the reception area seem to always have a bad attitude and just very irritable. My wife actually came home crying because the staff was so rude to her because she was "late" for a new patient appointment. She happened to arrive at the scheduled time and not during the 15 minutes that we are always asked to arrive early. Granted, my other son was already an existing patient for over a year, but whoever was working that morning (younger woman) was in a foul mood and wanted to be mean. Also, my wife just so happened to be like 7 months pregnant while trying to get a toddler to this appointment!The only reason we stay at this location is for Dr. Bouchard and his staff which are great!
