A super experience
I saw DR. Barinque about six weeks ago. I was nervous as I am with all new doctors. The office was busy, but the staff and patients were very nice.Though I did wait, when I saw DR. Barinque, he was thorough and explained why the double toenail was causing me so much pain. He seened interested in more than just my toe, but rather me as a whole person. When asking about some health history, he mentioned that he might know someone who is local and knew something about chronic lyme. He also took some nail samples and his very kind assistant called to tell me what they found and recommend a simple treatment. His staff was friendly and helpful. I am blind and was dropped off. I needed to fill out a bit more paperwork, which one of them kindly did for me. I've been the recipient in the past of a doctor who needed to treat me for something which was resolved in an office visit, but was critical. So,knowing that, when I find someone who cares, I just bring a book and wait my turn. I give

I had a appointment on Feb 16 2021 _ Doctor Barinque is excellent and very keen on his environment plus great customer service too. > his office staff is my concern. Its May 5, 2021 and still waiting for my shoes and insoles . Every time I called , Ramona and Brianne don't follow up and keep lying with excuses, plus rude and have a attitude on the phone. I have request Doctor Barinque to call me to discuss my foot issue and where are my shoe/insole - being over 2 months. had to write review in order to get Dr. Barinque attention since office staff don't follow up.

I had an appointment at 330. As a responsible patient I showed up over 15 minutes early, then I sat. I was there for over an hour past my appointment time. When I inquired with the staff they didn't care a bit about the how long I had been there. It's a shame DPM Barinque doesn't care about his patients in to lobby. Maybe it's time for new staff because I left without him seeing me. I know he doesn't care but he won't get a dime of my money. There are other DPMs out there.

What a great podiatrist! I wish this fellow were my internist. I would trust his judgment and his skill. He examines, thinks, acts, and he doesn't hurt! I'm so grateful for this man! I appreciate his office staff as well.
