Worst doctor experience
I went to see Dr. Nigro for a face rash. She barely looked at my rash. She started looking at my body trying to find something to biopsy because procedures are how she makes more money (I am a physician and I know this). She biopsied the tiniest mole that in retrospect I am sure did not need to be biopsied. Later, she started giving me advice on how to get laser treatments for hair and sent her esthetician into my room to talk to me about laser. All I went for was a face rash. I had to go find another dermatologist after to address the face rash. Terrible experience all around. If you have a real skin condition, please do yourself a favor and go see another dermatologist.

Don’t waste your time
I wish there was an option for no stars. I routinely wait for 2 hours when seeing Dr. Nigro for no good reason. I had an abnormal biopsy months ago. She rescheduled a procedure to deal with it with 30 min notice one day. Now I went in today, and after waiting for 30 minutes was told I would need to reschedule because I had somewhere to be an hour and a half after my appointment time. It was at 12:30 - right after lunch. There was no one there when I arrived. She had no backup. She was just being completely inconsiderate of my time and having a long lunch. DO NOT waste your time with her.

Not a good experience. I went in for a screening, to check for anything concerning due to sun damage on my neck and chest. I had to be ‘checked over’ by someone other than doctor nigro, before being seen by doctor nigro who was in the room all of 4 minutes. She zapped around 30 spots of which only 2 were ‘concerning’ enough to biopsy, so the rest I assume were cosmetic. It was extremely painful. She did not ask me if I wanted anything removed. And the rest of my 2 hour visit was spent listening to other staff members and nurses sell me on procedures and products for my rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles. My total visit was well over 400. And today I look like I have leprosy from all the spots she zapped. Terrible experience. One of the worst medical appointments in my life.

My appointment was at 3:15 pm and I checked in on time. After that the waiting time was 45 minutes to an hour. I Finally got called to the back and this young male nurse came to assist me and said that Dr Nigro should be with me shortly. NOT! She never showed up I was left in the exam room for another 45 minutes or so. None of her staff came to let me know that the Dr. was running behind. I finally opened the door and asked the nurse… how long more! He replayed there are 2 patients ahead of you and it might take another 20 to 30 minutes. So I said enough is enough! And I left the office without rescheduling the appointment. It’s totally ridiculous that a Dr thinks that our time is not important. Her staff doesn’t communicate with patients at all. Horrible place. Safe your money and time and go somewhere!

I have been going Nigro dermatology for a long time.I usually don't write reviews but when I see reviews online, I thought this not fair!! I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at Nigro dermatology when I visited. From the front desk, to the nurses, and of course Dr.Nigro!! . Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Please forward my thanks on to each and every one of the staff there.

Dr. Nigro is always attentive and personable. She reminded me that I needed my annual skin checkup and identified an area that needed to be biopsied which ended up being the early stages of skin cancer. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the process and referred me to a plastic surgeon to have it removed. I would highly recommend Dr. Nigro!

Dr M. Nigro is an incredible doctor. She is passionate to her specialty and passionate to her patients. Dr. Nigro has treated my entire family for one reason or another throughout the years. She has treated me both for medical skin care as well as cosmetic care. When people see me after I have had cosmetic treatments they cannot figure out what changed and why I am glowing. This is exactly what a patient wants when having these treatments! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist for both medical and cosmetic reasons!

Like everyone else I talked to about this doctor the wait time is RIDICULOUS!I waited almost 2 hours for a 10 minutes appointment. Not to mention the ugly scar she left on my shoulder due to an autopsy I believe it may have not been needed. She prescribed me expensive lotion for stretch marks that did zero to nothing to improve my skin. On my second appointment I wait another hour and a half to see her assistant, who also rushed through the appointment. Definitely not coming back!!!

I had the worst experience with Dr. Marjory Nigro. She has done a procedure on my face that was expensive and I didn't see any result. However when I complained to her, she wanted to charge me again and said that nothing is free in her clinic. Even though when the procedure didn't work at all. She was rude, she doesn't explain things to you, she only cares about the money.

This practice obviously does multiple bookings for the same time slot. I had an appointment on January 24, 2018 at 4:00 PM. After 35 minutes of wait, I asked and was told that two patients ahead of me and will be at least another 20 min.. I rescheduled for next day at 1:00 PM and by the time she came, it was 2:15. I just walked out of this practice. What is odd is that when I was telling Dr Nigro about my experiences, she ignored me and was ready for checkup and make money and move on. Useless!!

Dr. Nigro is extremely pushy and forceful. Does procedures that do not need to be done, even when you express that you would not like to have the procedure done. Poor patient care.

Although I have been going to Dr. Marjory for years, I would never recommend her. Dr. Marjory is a classic doctor that has no respect for anyone else or their time. She is consistently late for all appointments. Not just late, but HOURS late. I have made my last appointment here. She will make you wait for hours. They will bring you inside of the examination room, and you will wait there for hours. Unless you are retired or take a day off to see her, look elsewhere.

Dr Marjory Nigro ALWAYS runs late. I made sure we were her first appointment and 45 minutes into the wait I found out she was not even in the building yet. Very frustrating and very typical of Dr Marjory Nigro. Dr James Nigro, her husband, runs on time.

I was a patient of Dr. Marjory G. Nigro and would highly advise not going to this dermatology office. This is why... I recently had a section of skin removed from my left knee containing irregular cells by Dr. Marjory G. Nigro. I made sure to ask how big the scar would be after and what care would be needed for this prior as I had a trip planned shortly after. She stated this would be a minor procedure, I would be in and out. The day of the procedure, she regretted to inform me I would have to

Two years ago I left the office without seeing Dr. Nigro after a two hour wait. First time back since and the lady who made the appointment thought it was acceptable and funny that Dr. Nigro runs a little behind. Well today I am in the waiting room one hour already. I am told it will be another 20 minutes.
