I wish we could do zero stars ..The staff is unknowledgeable. They don’t seem to talk to each other. They transfer you from one person to the other, nobody really answering your question. They put you on hold and never come back to the phone, It actually hangs up and you have to call back. The elusive self serving Dr. Rodriguez will not call you and will not take your calls. He chooses to only send referrals to places that he is involved with and uses the excuse that he cannot keep an eye on his patients according to his staff. All the doctor/office had to do was sign a referral for my mom to go to her leg therapy in a place of her choosing, the Dr and his staff took that right from my mom by not sending the referral order to the place she wanted. I guess being my mom‘s primary doctor for decades means nothing To him because he will only send referrals for the places that he chooses Not the patient. The only people I would recommend to would be people I don’t like.
