Completely Unhelpful
The only help you can get from this doctor is asking for your own referrals, otherwise she doesn't care at all. I asked to see a cardiologist because I found out from my own tracking that I have sinus tachycardia. When I met with the cardiologist, he informed me that I have extremely high cholesterol that needs treatment immediately, and have had it each year I've been with Dr. Flecha getting my regular yearly bloodwork. He was astounded she never brought it up!

Stay away if perimenopausal
I am 42 and tried to see her about perimenopause. I had several symptoms and instead of helping she tried to tell me I was bipolar. She did 1 hormone test that was low estrogen but still normal range and said I was fine. I am now on HRT and feel normal again. Terrible doctor.
