Sent me to emergency room instead of care
It is impossible to schedule an appointment when you have a real emergency. I had serious bleeding and blood clots and could not get in to see my doctor who knew my history and performed surgery on me. I was told schedule was booked for the next 3 weeks and there was no squeezing me in. I was told to just go to the emergency room instead. What is the point of having a doctor if they don’t have time for you when you really need them. No one seemed to care at all about what I was going through and it was really frustrating. I feels like it is about business and not about health. I have never felt helpless and uncared for. She didn’t even have time for a call.

I had 2 visits with Dr. Arutyunyan. Both visits were very good. She was knowledgeable and took her time to explain things. I was very comfortable with her.
