completely incompetent. she doesn’t seem to remember anything about medicine and could care less. does not listen and can’t comprehend. she’s mostly interested in getting you out of her office with no treatment. avoid at all costs. better off in urgent care

I have been treated by Dr. Ting since I was 16 years old. I am 55 now. She has always been an extraordinary doctor for me as well as my daughter who is now 26. I recently found out I had breast cancer and Dr. Ting showed a compassion and wisdom that I credit for keeping me brave as I went through a major surgery and a year of intense chemo. I have recommended Dr. Ting to many friends and members of my family and I wanted to let you know that she is an extraordinary doctor.

Probably the worst general practice doctor I've ever seen, possibly the worst doctor of any kind. No hyperbole. Wait times are extraordinary (once so long my appointment had to be rescheduled because doctor was 3 patients behind.) Watching this doctor hunt-and-peck as she typed up notes was agonizing. I came in for a physical and follow-up after cancer concerns. She cleared me. Several months later I was diagnosed with a rare, incurable cancer. Enough said. If you want to live, go elsewhere.

Unfortunately Dr Ting is not someone who I would trust my care to. Aside from being rude and accusatory, she often spoke over me and at one point told me that I didn't know what I was talking about when I was describing where pain was localized. I like to think that I'm fairly intelligent, but Dr Ting did not believe so and certainly let me know it! The office staff was very polite, but I do question the 14 page new patient packet, especially when the doctor asks you ALL of the same questions.
