Dr. Marija Petrovic, MD

Dr Petrovic has no empathy, no self awareness and is a judgmental and mean human. She is incompetent, rude and shouldn’t be a medical professional.

My meeting with Marija was horrible, and has actually made me afraid to meet with a psychiatrist again. Please steer clear of her, even if you're only seeking help with mild issues. My insurance recently changed, and I was out of medications (that I'd been taking for a couple years), so I needed to see someone quickly to get a refill so didn't pay too much attention to reviews. Please DO pay attention to reviews!!She was rude, combative, and ignored my clarification of the current dosages I'm taking (even speaking over me multiple times as I was trying to correct her misstatements of my current medications). She also demanded that I share long-past trauma with her during this short meeting, and when I did so, she was gruff, irritated, and completely unhelpful. It honestly felt like I was there to cater to her emotional needs. I'm so glad I didn't come across her during a darker time of my life...I really hope she doesn't push someone over the edge.

She is patient, listens and has been able to offer advice and medication that has helped me recover from burntout, anxiety, and adhd. Dont hesitate to chat with her via mdlive if you can.

I should have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with her. She asked vague questions that I expressed were confusing without more context, and then implied I was misrepresenting my medical history and stated she did not believe my disability. As others have mentioned in reviews, there is definitely gaslighting going on. I left the session within minutes because her denial of my disability was unacceptable. She never even asked for documentation or what ongoing accommodations/supports I have.

She was great! Great active-listening skills, emphatic , assertive , knowledgeable and reliable.

She is very rude doesn’t listen , all she Wants us to say yes no Mather how unreal her decision is. I am vey disappointed especially it shows she doesn’t care.
