Attentiveness & genuine caring for my injury.

I began suffering from trigger thumb and her kind, competent, and efficient office staff got me in right away. Dr. Dusch, within 5 minutes of meeting me, administered a steroid injection with a minimally painful technique. This worked well for a couple of months. But when it began to no longer work, she understood the importance of my hands functioning well due to my working as an RN and scheduled me for surgery the following week. Dr. Dusch and the surgery center team situated just below her Oak Park office were all amazing! They made this surgery with local anesthetic actually enjoyable. They too were kind, competent and efficient. Clearly this physician is as talented of a surgeon as she is beautiful person! I consider myself lucky to have been referred to her and would be glad to be her repeat customer if necessary. We're lucky to have this provider in our area!

First the surgery center is the most organized and cleanest I’ve ever seen. I can’t say enough about Dr. Dusch. With her extensive schooling I knew I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to have her do another surgery if needed.

Front desk staff are professional and friendly (and don't mind repeating for older patients who may not hear well!)Dr Dusch (pronouced Dush) listened to my injury explanation without interrupting, which in my experience is quite rare - and then asked questions to clarify. Dr. Dusch then did a physical exam to locate the exact location of my injury after which she clearly explained my options in detail.Her PA shared the same professionalism.

My experience with Dr. Dusch and her staff was outstanding from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment as a new patient within two weeks (a rarity in this area). Dr. Dusch diagnosed my conditions and explained treatment options. She kindly let me go home to research and consider before choosing to proceed. After choosing outpatient surgery, I was able to book a date within one week. My experience at the surgery center was exceptional from front desk check in to discharge. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Follow up care through Dr. Dusch’s office was also responsive and helpful. I am grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Dusch and her staff.

Dr. Dusch was so kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get in to see her right away. She took my MS into consideration by giving me options that would make life easier for me than surgery on my hand and wrist. I was so nervous going in but she immediately put me at ease.Everyone we talked to and met in the office was so pleasant.

Dr. Dusch’s office was able to get us in quickly for my son’s fractured and dislocated finger. We were concerned he may need surgery but Dr. Dusch advised a thermoplastic splint combined with buddy taping and physical therapy. He is healing well after four weeks and we are glad she chose the approach she did. Her team also responded very quickly to a request and question through the online portal.
