Dr. Quintero is great. She listens and cares. I did leave the practice for a couple of years as I found the staff to be rude. Those people are now gone. This was when they were on Congress. The now have replaced the staff when they moved to Boynton Brach Blvd. to be nice and friendly. You won’t be disappointed all around. Go see Dr. Quintero.

Dr. Quintero is an amazing doctor. Takes her time with you and explains everything. I’ve been pain free for 2 years but the office staff is awful. The front staff is what the patients see first and if they are rude and nasty how can anyone want to come back? They need to clean house. There’s a lot of people out there would love to have a job.

I absolutely love Dr. Quintero she is very knowledgeable and she treats her patients with respect and listens to her patients. The big problem is her staff. Her staff unfortunately has ALWAYS been very disrespectful with no empathy or courtesy. Her staff has such a turnover because it seems the worst staff is chosen for her. I really do feel bad for her because she is an amazing Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Quintero for many years and you could not ask for a more caring and qualifying physician. The office as well as Dr. Quintero makes every effect to see you when you experience those unplanned flare up which is unusual in today medical care industry.

I have a complicated medical history and Dr. Quintero stays on top of it all. She is very gracious,extremely knowledgeable in her field,and communicates well what needs to be done. I travel quite a distance to see her,but shes worth it. The office staff is courteous,efficient,and VERY busy. I dislike the phone system though, for I never get a live person. I always have to leave a message. But again the office is very busy! Dr.Quintero tries hard to keep me in minimal pain. I so appreciate them.

Office staff is so host, unfriendly, and unhelpful. No matter how good a doc may or may not be, if you have to deal with wicked office staff what good I are they worth? Stress doesn't help people get well.
