Dr. Marianne Hazelitt, DO

You're all lucky to have the best Doctor I have even seen in my life when she practiced in Las Vegas. She didn't miss a thing and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hazelitt has been my primary physician for several years, and she is excellent-she listens and explains everything thoroughly. She truly cares about her patients, and works with you. I appreciate her and would not change physicians.

Dr. Hazelitt truly cares about her patients. I almost hate to give her a 5 star review because she is getting so popular and I don't want her to be overburdened (selfishly)!

Dr. Hazelitt and Dawn the PA are great. Some of the staff are great but some are not. As stated above, trying to get a call-back or a referral is just about impossible. I waited for weeks for a referral for a skin specialist before calling my insurance company and getting approval, making the appointment myself. The elderly lady (like me) whom I have been trying to communicate with is very rude. It took many calls (and unanswered calls), no call backs, to get a referral for a mammogram. Get these people trained!!!

I have been going to this office for over 1 year and I see the physican assistant. I never get a call back, my lab works are not called in until I call to remind them, my prescriptions are NEVER done right for mail order, 90 day supply with 3 refills. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get referral information. I asked the front desk if I need to find a different doctor.

Great doctor but Office support staff poor. Phones are not answered sometimes, referrals buried along the wayside, needed appointments not always available. Rude office at times. Not acceptable.

I just love Dr. Hazelitt! She is a real person, not speaking doctor lingo to you in explaining things. She has been very helpful to myself and my family members. She came highly recommended by a friend and she has been phenomenal.

Dr Hazelitt is a wonderful Dr,but her staff does not do their jobs. I seen the Dr and was scheduled for 4 tests,her office staff was supposed to do the scheduling.I heard from place for a test and my birthdate was wrong . I went into dr hazelitt office to get info about the other 3 test and got the run around. I called three times and still got the run around.they said the would call me back and no call.It is now three weeks later and my appointment which i had to change a week earlier because my test were not done had to be changed,they call to confirm and i said i changed it because my tests were not done.the guy in the front office never changed it. So the person i talked to said it was never changed, when i complain to her about my situation she said thank you and hung up on me.Is the office staff allowed to not do there jobs while i get sicker waiting,when i finally complain about the situation they hang up on me instead of resolving the problems.i am done with this place
