Dr. Marianne Ghobrial, MD

I saw Dr. Ghobrial for a physical while my regular dr. was out. It was a very uninformative and unsatisfying physical. The entire thing lasted less than 5 minutes. She was very dismissive of my questions and the meeting felt very rushed. I did not at all feel that she had any care for my wellbeing. Rather, she just seemed anxious to get to the next patient.

Horrible experience. The doctor was filling in for my regular PCP. She did not even bother to study my medical chart before the appointment. In this case you would think she'd appreciate me giving her the rundown of the issues and medical history so that she can advise me accurately and safely on the medications and needed lab work. But she was not interested in that! She kept interrupting and saying "um, ok" on anything i asked or complained about. I felt super rushed throughout the entire appointment like she had a dinner to run to and I was holding her back from that. Such a waste of time - now i feel like i have to re-do my annual physical where the benefit is already used up.

Awful! She is super rude. I was not comfortable with her or the way she talked to me. I do not trust her at all! I will never go to her again!!

This Dr. told my step brother that it was fine for my 89 yr old father with congestive heart failure and internal bleeding to fly to Hawaii. He could barely walk, barely breath. He had just had another heart attack 2 mos prior. All this was a part of his medical record - AND this Dr. gave the ok. He did not die in paradise, he died in a strange hospital after days of violent illness in a room in a condo - basically alone. This Dr. didn't bother to ask any questions or review his chart.
