Unavailable over scheduled doctor
Failed to complete therapy for myself with a disease that could be controlled along with missing all treatment ( due to her overbooked schedule) for a time period to an extent that impacts the ability to crane for or control the issue. The aforementioned indicates a patient negligence that occurred OFTEN with myself while being under care of Dr Bergheim. There were no referrals to a more available doctor which did not support the continuity of my care . This doctor caused me more issues than when I had started treatment because of the above. Good luck anyone !

I was randomly assigned Dr. Bergheim through Kaiser and clearly I won the lottery that day ????. She is so thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of medicine that I wish she were my GP. it’s obvious she is genuinely interested in Psychiatry and helping me (or you) find a better quality of life. Basically she is the unicorn of Psychiatry; An approachable, curious/interested fountain of knowledge who is also funny and compassionate. For the first time in about 11 years, I see a light at the end of the tunnel and I thank you for that Dr. Bergheim.

Best Psychiatrist I've had, by far. Attentive and genuine. Doesn't give you the run around, and I never once felt judged. Very pretty too, but that seems besides the point :P If she wasn't so far out of the way, I would have definitely stayed. If you get assigned her, you're blessed! Thanks Dr.Bergheim!
