Moved to area last yr and saw her as a new primary doctor. I have a number of complicated health issues, and need a dr who will take the time to listen to my concerns. I almost didn't go back for follow up, but gave her 2nd chance. The next few visits were great, I had a 3 mth thyroid f/u scheduled for 2/28/18. Rec'd call 2/26 that "something unexpected" came up & office closed til 3/6. Told Christy would be out of 2 meds& dropped to her to have called in. I called since 3/01, still no answer!

Dr Patterson is very caring. I would recommend if you are looking for a doctor who listens and cares about your overall well being she is where you want to be.

She is perpetually late seeing her patients and gets highly offended when you point out your time is as valuable as hers. She also showed up late for her morning appointment smelling of cigarette smoke for my wife's appointment as well. I would recommend seeing anyone else before her. Her front desk clerk is the sweetest person however and is the only one in this office with any level of professionalism.
