Honest and Caring
Dr. Garcia took the time to share the information I needed to start my journey to a healthy me. She was honest about my diabetes and the impacts is was having on my life, while encouraging me at the same time. She offered great suggestions to help me make those first steps and now, I am coming off or lowering meds for diabetes and blood pressure. Today I am down almost 30 lbs. I fee like we are a team and she cares about her patients. Dr. Garcia has blessed me and guided me to retake control of my health.

Yes. She is a very thorough and caring physician. Although I went to see her for a diabetes checkup, she diagnosed another problem also. She also introduced me to a continuous blood sugar monitor which has greatly improved my ability to control my type 2 diabetes.

I would have scored the Office environment higher but I’ve had the experience in the space she previously leased in Green Valley of being able to hear other physician’s conversations with patients, not her’s, while in the waiting room. My experience with her staff at the office space she leases has been excellent but the permanent staff in the office have been uncooperative and not particularly pleasant. I don’t think this will continue to be a problem now that she has new space.

Dr. Garcia is a wonderful doctor. I was referred to her with a high A1C and she quickly diagnosed me with Type 1 diabetes. She took over an hour showing me how to use insulin, reassuring me I could do it and answering all of my questions. She called and checked up on me multiple times and is very quick and knowledgeable. She is the best doctor I have had. Highly recommend.

I see Dr. Garcia as my PCP as she also specializes in Internal Medicine. I felt it was important to leave a review as most people only speak up when they are unhappy and I was shocked to see any less than 5 ratings. I always get in to see her when I need to (usually within a few hours) and patient care is #1 priority. She follows through and has even called me personally to follow-up on some health issues I had. Her and her staff are very polite and caring. She is the doctor I trust the most.

We were apprehensive on visiting this doctor for the first time after the last review posted here and found that everything stated was totally untrue. Dr. Garcia is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She took time to listen, review and go over issues. She had recommendations to further treatment and testing. The wait time was a little long to see her but that is because she is so thorough and well worth the wait.
