Very professional, thorough and listens to my concerns and questions. Proactive in her diagnostics and preventative actions so I can feel better with current ailment and what I can do to stay healthier. Explains what is being done. Office is very clean.

She was knowledgeable about all my conditions and medications without having to look them up. Listens to what I was saying and answered my question. Spoke about other issues I should consider. I have recommended her to a few people I know.

Dr. Torres is a good doctor, this review is not so much about her as it is her staff. I dread each time I call the office. I think it is the most unprofessional thing you should have to deal with at a doctor's office is a staff that has not a thread of empathy or compassion for people who are sick and in pain. My mother went to her very hard to get appt.Office staff terrible!My mother fell just outside the office they did not call an ambulance.Mom had a bump on her head the doctor came out but did nothing.My mother was in her late 80s.Not a Dr. I would recommend at all!Only gave a star because I had to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Torres for more than 10 years. She is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. She is kind, caring and thorough. She is a patient advocate. There is never a doubt that she will have your back whenever the need arises. I trust her 100%.

Dr. Torres is the best doctor I have ever met. I watched her save a friend twice, after a major medical system had failed to stabilize him. Spectacular doc, I have been misdiagnosed in the ER twice, both times she immediately found the root cause of my complaint. Kind, caring, compassionate, and very, very intuitive.
