Horrible experience with this Doctor
Very rude, she was not able to help me at all, every time I went in to her office she had a horrible negative attitude! Don’t waste your time with this lady! She should have never became a doctor if she was going to have this negative attitude towards patients!

Trust Dr. Salinas
Arthritis was new to me and my body. I was scared about everything. It took a few visits, but I came to trust her. The quality I like most about Dr. Salinas is I can speak very directly, no mincing of words, to her. And, she to me. She has my confidence in treating my arthritis.

Refuses to return calls/messages
Saw Dr. Salinas for back pain. She sent me to get lab work completed which I did the same day. Later I received a bill from the lab. Due to the tests being coded as unnecessary by Medicare. Numerous attempts to contact Dr. Salinas by myself and the lab resulted in zero feedback from Dr. Salinas. I left multiple messages with her clinic/staff/billing and never received a return call or message. I spoke with the lab on multiple occasions to try to resolve the bill. They stated they have sent documents to Dr. Salinas' office multiple times and also never received a response. Go see her, she'll push you through, collect your money, and you will never hear from her again.

Not likely
Saw Dr. Salinas on July 13 with pains in the top of my feet. She sent me for xRays which I did the same day. A week later I called to find out the results. I got a text saying she would talk with me at my next appointment Aug 16. Unwilling to wait in pain I have another appointment with another doctor. At least I have X-rays.

Knowledgeable, Thorough, Personable
Dr. Salinas takes her time, truly listens, she's very personable, and explains things in layman's terms. She seems to be very knowledgeable and she's thorough.
