Cookeville office is Horrible
Dear Dr Maria Salibay, Im a 61 year old male. Peripheral neuorapthy with chronic pain . Signed in 15 mins early. Waited 1.5 hrs. I inquired about the delay. I was told my name was crossed off the list...?! Another patient..same thing. No explanation given. Nobody else to ask. Should I leave? "Thats up to you" 20 miserable patients floundering in your stuffy silent waiting room. The waiting room seats are the cheapest most uncomfortable chairs for a healthy human; much less geriatric kidney and nerve patients I was able to leave. Others had to wait for you. I will give anybody else the insurance money. Your patients hate you. They should. Dr Maria Salibay do better or really actually retire. Seriously

For a painful procedure, it went very quickly.
The technician was extremely nice and helped to calm me during the procedure. The Dr was obviously knowledgeable and performed the tests with ease and precision. As painful as it was for me due to my condition, the doctor made it as quick as humanly possible, no doubt in my mind. My only complaint was that I never received a call the day before to confirm, but the receptionist did also complete the forms for me, appreciating the hardship it would pose on me. Ultimately, I would recommend this office.

Horrible place. I would not even given them a one star. My vet is more compassionate then these people. No regards in how much the person is a pain. They actually made fun of me because I would scream from pain.

STEER CLEAR!!!!!! The "office" is a rundown house, no digital files, and the "doctor" is a joke. My mother has been seen for THREE months with no answers to violent seizures. Only unnecessary tests and referrals have been done (I'm sure to profit the doctor). When results to tests are give the doctor read them, and I quote, "blah blah blah mild... blah blah blah." VERY unprofessional. Told my mother her kidneys were functioning at 65% and normal is 90. When asked what to do about that she said,

This "doctor" is totally incompetent. She couldn't give me answers to my questions about my son's condition. I am pushing our insurance to allow us a second opinion with a more reputable neurologist. I have epilepsy so I know a credible neurologist when I see one. Believe me, she's NOT one.
