Dr. Maria Regina Flores, MD

Doctor Flores seemed overworked and under pressure. Administration personnel not organized. All though I was on time for my appointment I continued to receive reminder calls and USPS letters of reminder every day for five days after my appointment. Lab Techs: Senior one was fine but her trainee or associate working with her was unprofessional in appearance and work ethic was lacking. Uniform was torn and needed to be cleaned, Blood draw set up for right arm vice left, shoved the syringe needle into area around the vein while looking away chatting until I hollered to stop. She said ops I guess I better go here, meaning the correct vein. Did not put my name labels on the four blood draw tubes before taking the blood. She placed each unlabeled tube with my blood samples into the receiver rack next to various other patients', then obtained and labeled each tube. Her answer to that was 'that's the way I do it'. Claims to have worked there for ten years. Bad and needs fixing.

Dr. Flores treats her patient like her own family that's why she's loved my many. She's very smart and cares deeply. She will level with the patient's knowledge and understanding about the illness and explain in details.. Best of all she discusses her plan of care ,future plan of care and not left you out wondering what happens next.

I'm extremely pleased with the thoroughness and clarity of explanations provided by my Dr. Flores during my quarterly checkup. Her attention to details of my issues and willingness to address all of my concerns make me feel confident in her care.

I have been a patient of Dr Flores for the last 17 years and would highly recommend her to anybody in the Orlando, Oviedo, Sanford and surrounding areas. She is highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise and really cares for her patients.

We have been seeing Dr. Flores for many many years. She is very caring about her patients and takes the time to talk to you and discuss your options. Also, her staff is the best I’ve ever seen we would highly recommend Dr. Flores.

Love Dr Flores and her staff. My problem is appointment was at 11:15 didn't get called for lab work until 1135. Finished lab and sent back to waiting area for another 30 minutes. Then put in room and didn't see doctor until about 1235.

The nurse practitioner was amazing! Much better than the Dr. Who rushes through her visits but takes all day to come into the room. Run! She doesn't believe your pain. She said nothing was wrong with me but it turns out I have an Auto Immune Disorder and had to get my uterus removed because it contributed to my anemia. Referred me to the worst Rheumatologist ever and didn't take all of my symptoms into consideration to rule out possibilities. She is terrible!

I see Dr. Flores every six months. She is extremely thorough making sure everything is working correctly and makes sure I do my due diligence to follow up on things I’m having trouble with.

The Doctor and Her PA are always willing to listen.

We always receive the utmost of thorough care from Dr. Flores.

Dr. Flories is both professional and warm/easy to talk to. She explains things in simple language and is open to questions from the patient. She is careful to check your bloodwork in order to decide what needs to be done.

I have many medical issues, this clinic show compassion to all pts. It’s a clean, friendly clinic. Yes I’m content with the treatment I get from here. I have already told my other Team @ the VA hospital @Lake Nona as well as my pharmacist staff at Dublin, VA how exceptional the care given to myself as well as they treat other patients. I’m staying with this Clinic.

She tells you like it is and hides no punches. She also delivers what she promises.
