Dr. Maria Pantano, DO

Dr. Pantano is by far the most compassionate and attentive doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Her empathy and understanding is remarkable, and she goes above and beyond to make sure the best possible care is rendered. She is incredibly thorough, always following up to make sure I connect with the specialists she recommends—often ones she or her own family members have trusted. I genuinely feel like I’m treated as part of her family. The office staff is equally wonderful, always pleasant and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Without a doubt, this is the best primary care practice in the Tri-State area.

I like Dr Pantano, that is if u can actually see her instead of her Nurse Practitioner. However, waiting there for almost 2 hours is not acceptable. This is a terrible office with not so friendly customer service when answering the phones. More people should speak up about this to the doctors. I would have no problem expressing my opinion to the doctors

Horrible office and office staff. Literally everytime that you call into the office you are instantly placed on hold for longer than 15min. Communication amongst front desk staff is non existent you literally are placed on hold and every 10 mins a different person picks up asking the same questions. Wait time is out of this world! You wait about 45 min in waiting room and then another 30min in exam room. When concerns addressed to Dr. Patano her main concern is her staff rather than patient!
