My daughter is a patient and I’ve been trying to get the doctors office to review & sign her plan of care for therapy for over a month now. I’ve called and nobody gives me any answer. My daughter was supposed to have a 3-month follow up appointment in which they called and canceled and said someone would call me back. Nobody ever did so I called back myself to which they replied their next appointment is 4 months away. My daughter has cerebral palsy and I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get her the care she needs. The doctor ordered the therapy and now we have been waiting and waiting for a simple signature for her to start. Unacceptable.
