Our experience with Dr. Nguyen has been horrible; she is condescending, rude and cold. My brother is a patient & at every visit, Dr. Nguyen has not listened to him. After several treatments, he is in excruciating pain. I have called many times with no response for 72 hours. I received a call back & asked for a follow-up appointment & was told it is not necessary. My brother went to the ER. DO NOT SEE THIS DOC, you will end up worse than before & be treated terribly.

THIS REVIEW IS LONG OVERDUE. I TOOK MY FATHER TO SEE DR. NGUYEN FOR HIS CHRONIC BACK PAIN (ONLY TREATED WITH NON-OPIOIDS) AFTER A RECOMMENDATION FROM A PHYSICIAN FRIEND AND AN EXTENDED PERIOD TO GET SCHEDULED. DURING THE BRIEF INTERACTION SHE WAS CONDESCENDING AND IMPOLITE. SHE LAUGHED AT MY FATHER WHO ASKED ABOUT VARIOUS TREATMENTS FOR HIS BACK PAIN. HE HAS ALREADY PASSED, BUT I REMEMBER HOW HURTFUL IT WAS TO WATCH THIS INTERACTION AND WOULD LIKE TO PASS THIS ON TO THOSE SEEKING TREATMENT.

She is an excellent doctor.She's smart, very professional and has a nice personality .I had 3 lower lumber epidurals and i am feeling 95 percent pain free after 5 days.I would highly recommend her .
