returned for a follow up visit I was refused service. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and they sent me a bill at 10 am. I didn't have the full amount on me and asked to make a partial payment. They demanded payment in full and would not let me see the doctor. I am immuno-compromised and we are in a pandemic. They will get someone killed with their negligence. Go anywhere else. They do not care about patients.

I've gone to Dr. Natividad for at least a decade now. I left a few years ago when I decided to opt for Kaiser because of the difference in the cost of health insurance and within one year was back on the insurance that would allow me to see Dr. Natividad again. It is very hard to find a doctor who spends the time with you as Dr. Natividad does. Yes, there are some times frustrations with staff follow-up, but it has improved tremendously. And, Dr. Natividad is the best.
