Dr. Maria Moreno, MD

GET YOUR RECORDS. Priors had falsified diagnosis and evidence to trick and threaten, and fabricate cause to justify, imprisonment in psych ward. Dr. Moreno then became the first doctor therein. Started by claiming 70 minutes for 20-minute interaction. Chose nasty drugs that did permanent damage, without ever confirming most basic bases. Her entries consistently include impossible and demonstrably-false claims including discussion never had, diligence never done, and even writing actual interactions out of the story to instead mine prior people's claims to fabricate superficially plausible but demonstrably false story as to why I was there. Then Dr. Moreno went on vacation. Next Dr. in line 'learned' of all the false pretenses for everything, released me ASAP, but hid prior false claims leaving me no sense why they had done any of it to me, and falsified his entries to maximize false claims to insurance, and to save face for those such as Dr. Moreno.

Dr. Moreno failed to mention permanent serious side effects of the medication she prescribed.

Dr. Moreno is a poor quality physician. She doesn’t advocate for her patients & often makes decisions about patient treatment without basic information. This is especially true when working with her in an inpatient setting. It is my opinion that M. Moreno needs to find a different profession as she cannot abide the first part of the hypocratic oath: to do no harm. Find a different doctor if you want to improve. If you want someone who will write scripts indiscriminately, then this is your doc
