I was with her for three years. I was stable, and doing very well. When I lost my mom, I hit a low point. She dropped me, said she was retiring and had no recommendation of who I could go to. Also her assistant has no business working with mental ill people she screams

Find Another doctor
Staff is terrible. Prescriptions not filled on time. I was told to half one medication until next visit. Another medication never sent to pharmacy, so I was told to go to ER to get filled. I would suggest to see another doctor. This place will only make your mental health worse. They staff there could care less about patients.

Administrative Staff Needs Training
Dr. Lozano's staff, Nancy in particular, is very unprofessional. Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, very difficult to understand Nancy's English, very difficult to get an appointment, very difficult to get a prescription refilled timely, and very frustrating all around. Staff needs training on how to provide good patient care.

Great at putting patient at ease. Asks questions when patient brings up a situation or feeling. Will work with meds but suggests trying to get to work out issue in addition to meds. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lozano to any family or friends.

She is a wonderful doctor. Conservative with meds, listens to issues, open to ideas and concerns about meds considering previous experiences or worries of effects and helps find solutions. Willing to see as little or often as needed when concerned about dosages. Wait time is very reasonable and overall she is a pleasant person. Def recommend. Had multiple doctors before and she is best so far.

I recently had to stop seeing Dr. Lozano because I moved out of state. However, I saw her for many years and it was always a pleasure to do so. She was easy to talk to and I always left her office feeling better about things. I truly appreciated all she did for my mental health.

My first visit with Dr. Lozano was over 7 years ago and I've always felt her commitment to my well being. She's bright and caring .She shares her knowledge/intelligence of mental illness, which then helps me to make sense of what's happening in my head. There have been times when appointments run late. Overall my appointments are on time and I find she's worth the wait The beauty of Dr. Lozano is her ability to listen to me, to guide me to understand and accept myself. I am not my illness.

Dr. Lozano is a great doctor! She make you feel comfortable and explains everything in details. Also, unlike many doctors that I have been treated in the past. Dr. Lozano provides you with all the time in the world. Dr. Lozano is compassionate, a great listener, and very understanding. She helped me with the necessary care I needed to treat my condition. I whole hearted recommend Dr. Lozano as a psychiatrist and a specialty doctor.

Dr. Lozano has a way of putting a person at ease when you step into her office. I was a new patient, and it was my first time seeing a psychiatrist. She patiently listened and took her time during my appointment. Then she discussed the options for treatment with me. She is highly knowledgable and demonstrates sincere care for the patient. She takes a conservative approach and believes in slowly introducing minimal medication. Her office staff are helpful and organized. I highly recommend her!

After 13 years visiting a doctor that only medicated me and our visit was 5 miniutes I changed to Dr. Lozano . She got me to see a therapist. In addition to this being extremely helpful she takes time to talk to me for at least 15 minutes. Her treatment has made a world of difference.

Dr. Lazano has a quiet gentleness that makes it easier to talk about difficult subjects. I've always had a positive experience, and her selection of medicine completely solved a problem with sleep. I am very satisfied with her as a doctor. This review has not been influenced or solicited. I have no affiliation with Dr Lazano or her office. Just a satisfied patient.
