Great physician and NP

Let's start with the Dr. Gutierrez is amazing! Her NP is so sweet. Now lets talk about the office staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet. But lets really talk about the her office manager Cesar... This man is the most nasty human being I have ever met in my life. His customer service is horrendous! My daughter was in the hospital for things that the office should have caught, we ended up spending the day in ER. I called the office to tell them we would not be able to make the appointment, we immediately called the office to let them know. We spoke with the physician directly. When we went to the follow up he came into the room with the children while the NP was evaluating them, screaming and yelling that there was a cancellation fee. My children were terrified. I got up and I told him, this is not the way to speak to a parent with the children in the room. I called to get the medical records because we decided due to this mistreatment we will switch PCP. Dr. Gutierrez is always were attentive and caring with the kids. She listens to the parents and makes the kids feel comfortable. The best thing is that you never have to wait, you go in at your scheduled time. Also, they make it easy if you need to come in with your child for a sick visit.

I love how wonderful is Doctor Maria Del Carmen Gutierrez with my children. I have twins (Prematures) and she has been amazing with their health and care. Her staff is well prepared and very courteous. They always follow up with us and call to remind us about our appointments. I can call anytime and arrange an appointment for the same day if is necessary. In general, they are above and beyond with their patients' care. They are incomparable.

Best doctor ever!

I moved outside of the area and all I can say is I haven't been able to find a Doctor like Dr. Gutierrez. She pays attention to detail, loves her patients and fallows through. Extremely dedicated, caring and professional. My son is not just another patient that is seen for 15 mins. She checks him from head to toes, asks lots of questions, and educates the patent. Excellent pediatrician. We travel to see her for my son's check ups. I have a near by doctor for sick or urgent care.
