Office personnel mistakes over and over
Dr. Bors is very professional. She takes the time to listen to you. Unfortunately, I can't say the same from the office personnel. Last year I had a Pap smear, they sent the specimen to the wrong lab, and I got a Bill. It took me a while for the issue to be resolved. This January, I came back because I really liked Dr. Bors. I told her medical assistant to make sure they send the specimen to the right lab/ the one cover by my insurance. I also told her that I had that problem the year prior and did not want that to happened again. Still, the specimen was sent again to the wrong lab and of course my insurance didn't pay. It is been impossible for the office personnel to correct their mistake and here I am 2 months later still dealing with a bill that should be assume by the doctor office due to their mistake. It seems like nobody cares about it. I am not coming back to Dr. Bors. She is a very good doctor but the office she works for is not doing things right for her patients.

Awesome & Caring Doctor
I'm a long time patient of Dr. Bors (26 years). She delivered both of my children and I don't think I could have done it without her. She's very caring, listens to your needs, funny and makes my yearly visit less stressful. I have never had any issues with her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I will not go back to this place again. First, Maria Gonzalez-Bors extremely rough when I was getting my pap, my pain level was 10 out of 10. Second, I gave all of the information to the nurse and it looks like they did not communicate, Dr. Maria came in asking the same questions again. I was using birth control already and didn’t know so she told me I had to start taking pills, I told her I have birth control already and her response was “ Oh yea yea sorry, I had a long day and it’s late” if you’re not focus to see your patients just go home. Totally disgusted with this service, she was not professional at all. I’m not going back.
