It went ok until it didn’t, my most recent diagnosis (I took it she didn’t know anything about) she denied me care because “nothing is wrong” with me even though I have a rheumatologist and diagnoses.

Probably the worst doctor
If you need a good personal care doctor in the Tri-cities area, don’t reach out to this doctor. She will treat you so plainly. Write things down on the computer and off to another patient. She won’t care much about her patients. Even other doctors don’t have anything good to say about her.

I have been going to Dr. Ello for 3 years. I love her. She is very energetic and you have to ask her to slow down a little so you can ask questions if you have any. She has given me the best medical care I have ever had. Because she is so diligent I was able to find out about a serious medical condition I have while it was in the early stages. She really cares about her clients. I also really like her staff. I have always had very good care from them . Whenever I get tests done they get back to me with results as soon as they get them. When I call to request refills on meds, they always follow through very quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Ello and her staff.

If you care about your family members please do not allow them to see Dr. Ello. My father never complains about anything and is extremely laid back and he had a very difficult time with her. Her front office staff were also very rude. She would interrupt him when he would describe his symptoms and not document accurately because the next visit she would say "well that's new" and he would have to tell her no I told you on the last visit. My father was going back and forth with her for 3 months for an ear ache and sore throat and she didn't look in his throat until the third month and now we are getting a biopsy for cancer. Don't wait, go somewhere else.

I have had multiple bad experiences with dr. Ello. I will not be going back. She makes me think she has no clue what she is talking about, she doesn’t take time to explain to what’s going on. I was having terrible kidney stone pain and she did nothing and I ended up going to the emergency room the next morning.

Getting new Dr. for my family and I. I am a very laid back person and it takes A LOT for me to put in a bad review, but my experience with Dr. Ello is horrible. I am constantly having problems with her care, as well as my family, but I will let them write their own review and speak for themselves with their own experience with her. I would just advise anybody from going to her to save you from having a migraine from dealing with her lack of care and concern.

Called in script a few days ago for her to fill, they said she was faxing it for me, so I get back in town to pick them up and they never got faxed, so I call Ello and she won't fill them until my next appointment, so I told them they should have told me that when I called them instead of telling me they were being filled, the supervisor did squeeze me in for tomorrow but I am indeed switching me and my family to a new dr. Considering the lack of consideration/care Dr. Ello has for her patients

Her office staff is not helpful at all. Have had a very hard time getting info to other doctors- almost had to reschedule my hysterectomy because they couldn't communicate with my oncologist/surgeon. My husband has also had a very bad experience that I cannot share. We have had several medical problems over the past few years -- I am glad that we have other specialists

Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Sat and waited over an hour while patients came and went. Poor front desk service and attitude.
