I have been a patient of Dr. Deleon forever!! She's personal and knowledgeable. She cares and listens. She returns phone calls when I have a question. I love her. She keeps me healthy and tell it like it is. She sugar coats nothing!! Excellent doctor!

In the beginning when I first started going - it was really good. Until she became so busy and seemed to always be rushing...... Now, I personally feel that Dr. Deleon can improve in tracking her patient's health by taking time to read the results of the lab tests and monitoring red flags/changes in patient's condition. She is brisk and would not take time to resolve/call or alert patients of a change in lab results. What are those lab tests for and those follow up visits, if they are not monitored and given attention to resolve. My condition worsened because of lack of monitoring. I went to the practice southwest Orlando family medicine twice for different medical reasons after those red flag results- , was told that someone else is seeing me,there was no note that the lab results should be discussed with me and resolved on those occasions. Before you know it, my condition has gotten worse, suffered from thyroid condition, lost my job and got so depressed.

Poor listening skills. She seems to hear only what she wants to hear, and to think she is always right. For example, I went to her TWICE for a UTI. I'd never had one but I knew the symptoms. She refused to test outside of the dipstick, despite my strong disapproval. The second time I demanded further testing and she sent it out to the lab (Friday). Monday morning she personally called me and said You were right! I'm sending your prescription to the pharmacy right now! I suffered a whole MONTH!
