Front staff is very friendly. Dr Compton and her PA gave excellent care to my husband's complicated case.

Didn’t see the Dr but her PA Amy Brown was very nice and gentle she was attentive, caring, and very professional. She cauterized my nose and took very good care of me made sure that I was completely OK before I left the office everyone from when I walked in the door until I left was very pleasant My overall communication with the entire staff was a pleasent one. 3/31/2024

She cut out my reconstruction I had done previously. She was supposed to put a tube in my ear and FORGOT about my previous surgery. She then tried to cover it up and refused to see me and tell me what happened.

Dr. Compton puts in little to no effort with returning phone calls, is an excellent display of inexcusable irresponsibility, and practitioners repeatedly rush patients out, even those recovering from surgery the same day. You're much better off going somewhere you'll actually be given time, patience and proper care with someone who doesn't ignore contacting those who have medical problems in need of help.

Excellent. Very attentive, spent substantial time understanding my problem and considering most likely causes. Very impressive knowledge of possible balance problems.

Lousy follow up. Told my husband his sleep apnea was severe and DANGEROUS, said she was ordering a C-Pap for him, however, 4 days later she still had not sent the request to a providing company. UNACCEPTABLE.

I couldn’t tell you if she’s good or not because no one ever answers the phone there or returns calls. Totally incompetent. I was referred to her by my allergist. I don’t think i even want to see her after the unresponsiveness.

Horrible experience, no communication after hospital procedure and given mis information for follow up. Do NOT recommend!

I saw Dr. Compton for a blocked ear. She easily removed the blockage quickly and painlessly. I enjoyed the visit because she was very "upbeat" and personable. I went to another doctor in the area previously and was not impressed at all. I would gladly recommend Dr. Compton

Dr Compton removed half of my thyroid. I had a great experience in her office. The surgical center she uses is great as well. My experience all around has been very positive.

Dr was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She listened, answered my questions, went over produces and gave me 3 options and after explaining, let me make the decision what I wanted to do rather than suggesting the most invasive and costly one. Having explained every thing I felt that turbinate reduction done in office and stint put in sinuses would resolve my issues rather that having surgery at hospita, she agreed and felt that would resolve my issues. Finally after trying to find a Dr that listened to the pt and not just making money, I chose her to by my ENT and do in house procedure. In addition her staff was friendly, helpful, & professional.

Needed to see an ENT and she is one of only 2 taking Florida Blue in the area. I left 2 messages to make an appointment and never got a return call.

In the beginning fine, wife and I had both been there several times. then when it came to an EMERGENCY she could not squeeze us in. I do believe it's more her staff that will not pass information to her but only looks at the schedule wanting to book 3 weeks out as my wife remains in bed after 2 falls and 2 visits to the hospital in 4 days due to middle or inner ear problem according to emergency room and primary care doctors who telling us to get her to a ENT ASAP. Wife remains in bed for 5 days now due to no balance.

Dr. Compton was able to see me within 12 hours of being referred to her. She evaluated me and got me into surgery within a week. She is an excellent doctor and fully explained my procedure and care. She was very personable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Ihave had sinus surgery I was very happy with the results very pleasant staff Dr Compton was great went back a second time smelling back to normal thank you so much.

Seems overwhelmed by number of patients or just doesn't care. Unfortunately, she's the only ENT in the area so she is in demand and doesn't need to provide quality care. The area could use a QUALITY ENT practice.

We came from Clearwater down to Punta Gorda to find answers. We were given the run around in Clearwater with multiple doctors who couldn’t tell us why my boyfriend had an englarged mass on his neck. Months we went with worries and concerns. No one would listened to us or ease our mind, simply just kept sending us to get tests done that were not providing answers. She and her staff were professional and caring. She listened to me and took immediate action to get me the help I need with my particular issue. It took a while to get in to see her but was worth the wait.

I would like to post a review however when I called and informed the office that I had complete blockage in both ears and could not hear (May 25th 2018) I was told that I would be able to have an appointment in SEPTEMBER 2018
