I had one appointment with Dr. Maria Castro. I was a new patient. I immediately switched doctors. Her bedside manner was impersonal and impatient. I hvae several chronic issues and I felt she didn't want to be bothered with my case. She seemed annoyed with the complexity and the amount of time that the initial consult took, or that my case would take.

My initial appointment lasted 3 hours. I was extremely frustrated and almost walked out. Once I was able to see her everything was fine. She has very good bedside manner. I've gone back for a follow-up appointment and that went much faster; however I was still there almost an hour. I do hope they can get you in faster and as close to your appointment time as possible.
