Bored
Every visit felt as though I was bothering her. This doctor seemed uninterested with my concerns. Then since I had not made an appointment in awhile, I found out I was no longer a patient when I did request an appointment, with no warning. Apparently a patient's well being is not important.

She recently "fired" me as a patient because I missed a blood pressure check. Just too busy right now to reschedule the appointment. She has been my primary care for 24 years! Apparently I am disposable.

Dr. Casal was my PCP for several years. She almost always presented (tone, facial expression and body language) as uninterested and not wanting to be there. Annual physicals consisted primarily of a potential safety hazard checklist. There was no preventive care, no referrals for tests based on age and risk factors. Even blood work only every other year. I wish I had found another doctor sooner. If I had the condition I now know I have would have been diagnosed and treated sooner.
