Without a doubt, the best endocrinologist in Tucson! Very attentive, very caring and very helpful. I’ve had type 1 diabetes for almost 40 years, and you won’t find a better care giver anywhere.

Dr. Posadas is the best endocrinologist I've found in Tucson (I've been to three endocrinologists and had my thyroid overseen by three other GPs). Dr. Posadas accounts for both the lab results and your clinical symptoms, which is refreshing. Some doctors will disregard how you feel as long as you are within range, which is not effective for all patients. Dr. Posadas accounts for how you feel and also your lab results. She's not condescending (all providers should be like this but unfortunately that hasn't been my experience). She's patient and always open to explaining things. She also is supportive of patients who want to keep searching for answers as opposed to saying "you have x disease and are sick and always will be." If you want to keep looking, she will help you and work with other doctors. Also, I'm chronically ill and on a lot of medicines. Unlike many doctors, Dr. Posadas was sympathetic, understanding, and not judgemental. I felt like I could trust her.

Dr. Posadas is an excellent physician. I have been seeing her 6 months and she has helped me get my diabetes under control. Dr. Posadas has a wonderful personality and is genuinely happy for me when my results come back positive.

Be prepared for a 1-2 hour wait. The drug reps get priority over patients. Medications are stopped or switched without rhyme or reason. You become a guinea pig for the drug companies.

Everytime I go there she always is running behind. Meanwhile their sales reps go in and out her office while I just sit there and wait patiently .It's not fair it is unreasonable and my time is just as valuable as her time

Always running behind schedule even if you are the first appointment of the day. The time spent with patient does not reflect the unreasonable wait time.
