As someone who’s been to Mayo, Stanford, UW Madison, Rush College and others I found Dr. Ordonez to really care about my problem and I believe she really wants to help me. We still have some work to do but just knowing she’s trying to find the problem instead of just forcing a procedure on me has given me hope after 22?years of suffering with chronic prostatitis.

Experienced Dr. Ordonez lacking communication related to care. I was unable to get surgical results until 5 days after the procedure. She had a sarcastic and flippant demeanor, often blaming other physicians or the patient for the lack of surgical success. She blamed her busy schedule for her inability to communicate effectively with patient and other providers.

I had numerous failed surgeries by another urologist. I switched to Dr Ordonez on the recommendation of another physician. She was extremely caring, kind, intelligent, skilled, took lots of time explaining things to me, and was confident she could help me. My surgery went without a hitch and I felt great the next day! After a year of terror and pain,I am so grateful to her! She is wonderful.

She did a great job fixing a difficult male cosmetic issue that (judging by some before/after pictures found online) could've had a poor end result by comparison.

I saw Dr Ordonez for only 2 or 3 visits, so my exposure to her was not extensive. And I have no doubt that she is a highly competent Urologist, but her "bedside manner" with me at least was one of the worst I have encountered in my 70 years. So I moved on (sort of that classic East coast assertiveness). Maybe it was something about me or my case. Be your own judge, because I think she is worth a try.
