Mediocre Mental Healthcare
Pros: Appointments are on time and they are virtual. Cons: Lack of verbal communication (sometimes picking up a phone to call a patient is easier than messaging). Both the doctor and her office manager are nonchalant and are delayed with responding to patients in time pressing situations. The office manager lacks knowledge of health insurance as far as completing proper authorization forms and you have to stay on him.

  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

She is a good Dr. Always has been on time and nice. I will say she is interpersonal and is very cut and dry, not really interactive with her patients.
