Very Disappointed
I made my yearly appointment obviously 1 year in advance. I am a teacher, so I purposely made it during my spring break. I live about 30 minutes away, so nearly an hour in driving time. My appointment time was 8AM. I arrive at 7:45AM. At 8:20AM, I am told that Dr. Potter was leaving for the day due to not feeling well. I was told I needed to reschedule. Excuse me?! In my profession, I can't just up and leave without making sure I have all my ducks in a row first. This was not the case. I was expected to just be readily available when the doctor decides to return. I wasn't given an apology or anything. To make things worse, I still had to pay $3 for parking! Unfortunately, I will have to reschedule....but it will be with a new doctor. I have never felt so disrespected!
