Dr. Lister does not listen to patient concerns. Her main goal seems to be squeezing as many patients in as possible. If you like assembly line healthcare, this is the place for you. If you want attentive, personalized care, choose another provider.

Dr Lister is way too busy to give patients her time. I got rescheduled several times, and hospitalized a couple of weeks after I gave birth for birth related issues. She never checked on me, or saw me after my birth. I had to be scheduled with someone else for my followup appointment because she was too busy to see me. I also felt stupid asking her questions. I would not argue, however, that she is very competent and intelligent. I do think she would be great to deliver a baby.

Dr lister definitely seems to know what she is doing. She's quick and efficient. The problem doesn't lie there though. It's in her bedside manner. She seemed to not hear what I was saying or downplay my concerns. I would feel very much like I was talked down to like I was a completely uneducated simpleton. I would schedule as many appointments as I could with her nurse practioner Pegah Dixon whom I adore.

Do NOT recommend this office!! Unprofessional and did not try to fix their mistake. Their front staff is not properly trained. As a provider they should be aware of the insurance they accept, properly answer questions, notify you of any changes, and be courteous. They are none of these! I recommend ogden clinics women center or ogden regional hospital.

She didn't listen when I came in with concerns about my pregnancy. I felt like I couldn't ask questions without feeling stupid. The wait time was unbelievable for every visit. I spent an average of 2 hours waiting to be seen each time.
